Go at 5-7pm with kids — it gets crowded and more adult as the night goes on. Free shuttle from the city garage at 500 S. Main St. makes parking painless.
Monthly free art festival on the first Friday of each month, 5-11pm. For 2026 the footprint runs along Main Street from Charleston Blvd to Coolidge Ave with 100+ artists, live painting from 6-9:30pm, food trucks, and live music including School of Rock performers. Recurs monthly (next: August 7).

Know before you go
Evening heat lingers past 100°F in early July — bring water. Free Park & Ride shuttle runs 3pm-midnight from 500 S. Main St. Strollers work but it's shoulder-to-shoulder after 8pm.
