Clark County's classic big park near the airport — lake with ducks, mature-tree shade (rare in Vegas), multiple playgrounds, and plane-spotting. Good even in summer evenings thanks to real trees.
One of the county's oldest and largest parks (over 300 acres) with a fishing lake, waterfowl, several playgrounds, sports courts, disc golf, and shaded picnic groves. Directly under the McCarran/Reid flight path — a feature, not a bug, for airplane-loving kids.
Good for
Duck feeding walks, shaded picnics, plane spotting, birthday gatherings
Know before you go
Don't feed ducks bread (park signage asks you not to feed at all). The shaded east-side groves book up on weekends. NDOW fishing license rules apply if you cast a line.
